1. EU/UK Ship（No Tax No Delay）
Ship from EU/UK Warehouse
Only Item title marked "Ship from EU", "Ship from UK", "EU/UK Ship" will ship from EU/UK warehouse!
Our EU warehouse ship to the following country :
Germany, Czech Republic, France, Spain, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia
Our UK warehouse mainly ship to the United Kingdom addreess only.
Attention:
To UK local address, normally take about 1-5 working days via DPD,Royal Mail Tracked 48, Yodel.
To other European country will take about 3-7 working days via EU-DHL.
2. Yanwen Express/4PX Express/ Yun express (No Tax - Normally will take about 8-15 working days)
In order to help client who from EU countries avoid the high tax problem, we can send packages by Yanwen Express/4PX Express/ Yun express these no tax channel from shenzhen China warehouse. it will take about 8-15 working days to arrive.
Clients do not need to pay any extra payment for the import duty.
3. Other Express Service (DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS, etc. - Normally will take about 3-7 working days)
1) Some products are in stock in China warehouse only. If you paid the express shipping, we can send packages from shenzhen China by DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc. (DHL will be the default delivery method)
2) Those express service will just take about 3-5 working days to arrive.
3) There might be customs duty problem. for this situation, we will always help to write low value on invoice to avoid high tax problem. So if you have any special request on this, you can email to inform us your suggestions. we will help to make it.
4) DHL Remote fee are not included. If the address belongs to DHL remote area, Customer should pay for the DHL Remote handle fee or we can choose other shipping method for you such as Fedex, UPS, EMS, Yanwen or Normal Post.
5) DHL High Risk Area Surcharge are not included. Some countries such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Mali, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Israel, Lebanon, Cote d'Ivoire will have DHL high risk surcharge. This is an additional fee. It is not included in our shipping cost.
Attention Please:
1). Our company is based in China, packages would ship from Shenzhen or Hongkong. EU/UK warehouse is just a warehouse, not our after-sales site. We do not have branch company in EU/UK.
please contact our customer service directly to inquire about maintenance and after-sale services. Other authorized dealer websites may not be able to provide after-sale services for you due to purchase channel.
2). Products freight paid is the package freight ship to destination, not including TAX or VAT.
3). Declare lower reduce tax not means no tax, we only declare lower help you clearance, customers should know the tax policy in their country, Check different country Tariff threshold
4). Any questions during the delivery or clearance please need contact us immediately, we would try our best sort out and help you clearance.
5) The shipping time is no more than 3 months. If you do not receive the package within one month, please contact us. Usually the logistics records can only be kept for up to 3 months.
Factors that may influence the shipping time:
First, it is destination. For some remote area and some remote countries, the delivery time is about 1-2 days longer and you have to pay some extra shipping cost.
Second, it is stock status. Usually when your finish the payment we will arrange shipment in 2 days, however if the item you choose is out of stock temporarily we will try our best to speed up the shipment ASAP. Please kindly consider!
Third, the harsh weather condition and festival holiday. Sometimes the bad weather condition and festival will influence the shipping time. Please kindly consider!
